I just got Makita AN923 3-1/2-inch Framing Nailer (22 Degree Round Head)

Makita AN923

I am an experienced remodeler and needed a framing nailer to cover all my needs, from full scale framing jobs, to furring out walls and random remodeling projects. The nailer is light weight and the directional exaust port keeps the noise level tolerable. It has plenty of power to fully sink 3 1/2 inch nails into pressure treated material. The optional sequential fire/single fire is a nice feature. It allows for precise work with out the accidental double tap. The only problem I had was with the nose piece. It's good for face nailing but the dull prongs slip when attemting toe nailing. I took a grinder and ground them to a point and had no problems after that. In ...
