I like this Makita 9565PC 5-Inch Angle Grinder with Paddle Switch

This is a very powerful angle grinder. I have four other angle grinders, all between 5.8 and 8 amps. When I have to hog out a lot of wood with a 4 inch Saburr Tooth Donut Wheel, it can bog down my less powerful grinders. But when I put them on this machine with its 13 amps, it will run all day and not bother it. If it does slow down, I am using way too much pressure and will probably burn my wheel if I keep it up. Using more torque and less pressure seems to work well on very dry and hard black walnut and Alligator Juniper. I purposely chose one without a variable speed control because ...
