Makita HM1203C
I honestly have not used a lot of jacks. Rent a few at Home Depot, and Ive used a few different makitas friends own. Most these were rotary jacks, which I have heard makes a noticeable difference. I would say this electric jack is comparable to a crappy air jack. In other words this is hands down the best electric jack I have ever used in my life. Even my pops who is a general contractor was overly impressed by how hard hitting this jack hits and the variable speed makes it easy to chip safely around pipes and other sensitive areas.
