I'm a General Contractor building 200 to 1000sq' additons and buying and flipping houses. In my area it's about $190 to rent a air jack for the day + time giong to the rental yard and back + still having to pay rental fees when rained out + kick my rear trying to get done fast and return the rental and p-off the neighbors with the noise!
